"What an absolute disaster of a visit! I called at 12 for call ahead seating for 15 at 6pm. I asked everyone to get there at 5:30. My son, who's birthday is was, and I, his mom, got there at 6. They told us it'll be a 45 minute wait. We waited over an hour to get seated. Twenty minutes later a server got our drink order. Then we got our food order. It didn't come out for another hour. When we finally got our order some of the food was cold. Another guest found a hair in their food & their steak was not cooked as asked. Unacceptable in every way. My sons birthday dinner was ruined & I had some very unhappy guests. I would appreciate someone contact me from corporate to rectify the situation."

"Tried to order Blueberry Lavender Lemonade non-alcoholic which we had done at other Outback Steakhouse’s. Server told us they could not make it. I asked for a manager. When he arrived he was not customer service oriented and would not make the drink due to it not being on the menu even though they made a non-alcoholic daiquiri for another member of my family which was not on the menu. The manager “T” at this establishment needs customer service training and how to address people properly. We will not be back to this particular establishment due to poor management. Also, our server was nicer than the manager and she deserves a raise because she had a customer service attitude."

"My wife and I were traveling through the area and had at stopover at a hotel across the parking lot from Outback. Easy choice then to make for dinner right? We have been to other Outback’s previously, but this was our first time here. Since it is a chain, what can set one apart is the service, meal preparation and cleanliness. Check mark all the boxes here. Rachel was our waitress and was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the food products. She’s a keeper, Mr. Manager!! The menu items we had, each a French Onion smothered 6-ounce sirloin steak, was done to perfection. Would definitely dine here again. Keep up the good work."

"We had dinner with friends at this location on a Saturday evening. It had been years since we came to Outback and I was pleasantly surprised. The server was very friendly and attentive. Our food was pretty good. I had the Alice Springs Chicken and it was delicious. The upcharged Brussel Sprouts weren't that great. I wouldn't get them again. They were overcooked. My husband enjoyed the Kingsland Pasta and we shared the loaded cheese fries."

"We stopped for lunch today. We both order the 6 oz center cut sirloins from the lunch menu, medium well. One steak was more on the rare side and neither had a great flavor. Salads, sides, and bread were good. Waitress was friendly and attentive."
