"Excellent experience. This was our first time in and we’ll definitely be back. There were four of us. We had salads followed by sea bass, the ribeye, and short ribs. For dessert we shared the cherry pies, chocolate tort, and cheesecake. All were fabulous but the cheesecake stole the show. Our server was friendly and a great hostess. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"I think we found our new favorite fine dining restaurant in Knoxville and I am admittedly somewhat picky especially on the level of service. The food and presentation was just amazing. My wife and went in to try it out for our date night. We each started with a Bourbon Mule and they were top-notch. For our appetizer, we had this incredible pork belly, honestly the best we’ve had. We decided to treat ourselves and ordered the wagyu beef – absolutely worth it. I had the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and my wife had the flank steak with the broccolini we both loved it. I finished off with a Company Distillery whiskey on the rocks. Our server, Andrew, was super attentive and knowledgeable. I really recommend this place for anyone looking to treat themselves to a great meal."

"Wow!! A hidden gem. The cocktails are AMAZING. Shout out to Joe for our incredible cocktails and being our incredible knowledgeable server. The steaks were out of this world and all the details of how things were served were beautifully done. We will definitely be back."

"The staff, atmosphere, food and drinks all made for an amazing family dinner. Amanda our waitress was great and very knowledgeable of the menu especially with my wife’s gluten allergies. The pork belly is a must try. We will be back."

"Went here on a double date night. It was great. Between everyone, we ordered a big and diverse selection from the menu. The only downsides were two things. The smoked broccoli cheese soup was great but half the broccoli pieces in the soup were not fully cooked. The other involves the side dish of cast iron mac and cheese. It was far too heavy on the bead crumb topping. I couldn't taste cheese at all and I had to take a drink after every bite. The other items and the service still keep this review at 5 stars for me though. Recommendations: Drink - Bourbon Mule Appetizer (or stater) - Beef Tartare or the Herb salad Mains - Burger, Trout, Chicken, or NY Strip. Sides: Brussel Sprouts or Collard greens. The side of collard greens have a spiciness to them that I enjoyed very much. The course that was most enjoyed surprisingly was the desert. I could not praise the desserts enough. If you order dessert, also order a French press coffee to go with. I've not had such smooth French press coffee like here. Dessert recommendations : chocolate torte or the adult milk and cookies. Great job to the staff."
