"It is very difficult to get in touch with someone. There website they are year round however speaking with someone from the office is a joke. They offer no resolution to problems that arise. They don't communicate when problems arise at all. The employees aren't knowledgeable at all. There is only one person in the office that knows anything. I paid for a service I never received. I have had to contact the IRS on multiple occasions about my amended return, the IRS is advising they never received it. I have made multiple request to get a refund or just to simply have my return filed electronically and I cannot get a response. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone...simply because of the customer service."
