"Zero for Service and Atmosphere but this app wont allow it!! What a disappointment. My wife fell as the rain floor was slippery. How rude these employees are for laughing and not offering to help. Then made a poor sandwich with half a roll worth of meat. In principle I will go elsewhere for cheese steak. Can't stand rude, poor service."

"You catch them an hour before close and they won’t even pick up the phone. It’s like they’re intentionally blocking orders coming in. I mean. If y’all are short on staff then just change hours or close already. Update; 9/23: Called at 11:15AM; after Google said they were open. “We don’t do orders over the phone. We do Door dash, grub hub,…” We have always ever ordered over the phone. I hope y’all close due to lack of business."

"As soon as I walked in the cashier rudely asked what I wanted. I ordered and asked a question about the app and got no response, he literally just blinked at me! I placed my order and left because it felt like I was in a high school gym class. I got home to realize that there was 1 scoop of meat on my sub and the other was upside down in the container. I realized that the other sub was upside because it only had lettuce on it. No meat or anything! I really used to love this place and thought the service and food was worth it, but after paying $15 for bad attitudes and a salad that was supposed to be a sub, i don’t think I’ll be back. It’s really sad to see a place that used to be good quality go down hill like they have!"

"I should have known better, walking two people taking order, then they disappeared right after ordering. The one guy cooking the food, completely forgot our cheese and bacon, and the special onion rings we just that special. I probably won’t be back and will look for more mom and pop type places to eat. If you do eat here don’t get it to go, eat in the parking lot you will need a bathroom about 20 mins after consuming it will hit you like a brick. When employees have time to just stand around instead of clean and prep there is a lack of management."
