"So we made an appointment for a tooth extraction needless to say he won't pull it and referred us to a different dentist you are an oral surgeon why can't you do your job or is it that you pick and choose who you want to do so you can make more money off the insurance companies I'm very disappointed you wasted our time our energy and most of all our respect I'm very saddened that this dentist has gone downhill I believe it should not be opened anymore if you can't do what you were supposed to do"

"I had a buddy have a tooth infection and needed his tooth pulled. They legit got him in the next day we called and I was blown away. The place over in potsdam was 2 week wait minimum but a higher rating. You folks need to suck it up. And get it yanked. Regardless of skin color. Regardless of how bad you think it's gonna be. It's only gonna get worse if you don't do something about it now."

"My husband had a crown fall off, but his dentist was gone for a week. So, he called the ODC to see if someone could see him and fix it. The receptionist behaved in a vicious manner. She said that it was my husband's dentist's problem and he'd have to fix it. My daughter had also gone there about four years ago. She got a mouth full of sores after her visit. So, not only is it likely to not be a sterile atmosphere, the receptionist is a miserable person with an ugly personality."

"Absolutely disgraceful. I was early to my appointment, and the dentist came in 10 minutes late. He then started yelling at the receptionist. (his wife?) They got me in and took a few xrays on the oldest xray machine I have ever seen. Once I was in the chair, I let him know I am not good with needles but I am fine with any dental procedures. He demanded that I look him in the eye when he was giving me the novicane shot and because I needed to look at the light, he said "it's too early for this, you need to leave." He left the room and I got myself up and left. Worst Dentist in Ogdensburg."

"Dr. Majeed and the staff at Ogdensburg Dental Clinic are amazing. My wife and I both use Dr, Majeed as our primary dentist and we've always had a great experience there. My wife gets pretty anxious at the dentist office and they've always been great at keeping her at ease ... and I just completed all of my upper extractions and had them create an upper denture for me as well.
