"The pharmacy never answers the phone. I’ve been on hold for almost an hour so many times and not a single person picks up the phone. Unless they pick up and hang up right after. Then you have to start the whole process over again, just to not get an answer. GO IN PERSON, SAVE YOUR TIME."

"Absolutely ridiculous that nobody is EVER working the pharmacy drive thru. Some people cannot get out of their cars to come in and then they make it impossible to get your meds delivered. I understand being short staffed but on the few occasions I am able to get out and go inside, there are plenty of employees….they just have ZERO motivation."
"The people who work in the pharmacy act like they’re God. I had one pharmacy tech question my Fertility meds and then ask me why don’t I just adopt. I’ve been waiting on migraine meds and my insurance approved one but CVS never filled it. They acted like jerks when I said can you fill the other, the attitude, “it’s 1200 do you want it”… like bro I am suffering debilitating migraines but go ahead and be rude? Not to mention, years ago, someone was stealing my dogs phenobarbital. Really gross humans. By the way- the mark up on their meds is ridiculous. Go to a local pharmacy"
