"First impressions (via phone) make a huge impact. My husband reached out for an initial session and was greeted with total unprofessionalism. Calling for an appointment and being told to "make sure you keep your appointment, because if you don't, you're taking food from my family's mouth" is not professional at all. Referring to a potential client as "my G" is also not professional. Maybe Mr. Cromwell shouldn't assume that all potential clients (or maybe it's just males?) aren't serious about therapy. I recommend that he also tailor his approach to be more professional in his demeanor vs. talking "street" to a new client he's never met. How can anyone take therapy seriously when the "therapist" already has some preconceived notions about the client (again, someone whom he's never met!). Definitely wouldn't recommend going here...."
