"The dentist did a fair job at the job. It did not feel like a personable experience but it felt like I was just another number. The dental assistant had poor equipment handling, leaving the saliva ejector in, what felt like forever, and walked away to handle something else. What type of treatment is this? This has been the first dental visit since coming up to the North Country and we will be going somewhere else, be it a 6 month wait but not going here again. Lastly, instead of walking away with a smile, I walked away being told that in the condition that the teeth get worse it will get more expensive, so work needs to be done now. (I was puzzled because before moving up here, the prior dentist said that the teeth were great.) I am sure that as people they are great but as professionals, it was not a positive experience."
