"The counselors were so sweet, making me feel heard, understood, and supported throughout my journey. Five Stars!!"
"Everyone that works here is friendly. They helped me find help for a close friend and they have already made a huge difference in their wellbeing"
"If you’re looking for peace of mind, check these guys out. The mediation atmosphere is so peaceful"
"You have to do everything on their website which disadvantages people who do not have a computer. I even inquired to send my a picture of my insurance card over email but Receptionist was not helpful and said if you couldn’t do it via their website, then you can’t be seen. It’s discriminatory."
"The modern health industry often feels like it's drifting away from genuine patient care and more towards red tape and profit. In my recent experience with them, I couldn't help but notice an unsettling embodiment of this trend. Upon reaching out, the glaring absence of a receptionist (as in they don't even have one) was both noticeable and off-putting. Furthermore, their demand for a credit card on file—before even interacting with their services in person—raised eyebrows. But the real kicker was their new patient form. It not only induced an unwarranted amount of stress and anxiety but also probed questions that, in my opinion, should have been discussed with a therapist in person. It’s as if they're prioritizing cold paperwork over a warm, human connection. Moreover, their insistence that I confirm my own insurance felt like a deflection of their responsibility, placing the burden and liability on the patient. This shift, combined with the impersonal approach, brings up concerns about the pitfalls of over-automation. When systems emphasize rules and fine print over individual well-being, it's a recipe for administrative errors—ranging from billing issues to potential insurance disputes, and perhaps even gaps in medical care. Automation can be efficient, but not when it sacrifices patient security, comfort, and trust. Healthcare should be about the individual's well-being, and it's disheartening to feel lost in a maze of impersonal protocols and paperwork."
