H&R Block

"Showed up to an appointment on the only day they're open (Tue) and was told they didn't have me on the schedule. The front desk receptionist had to check 3 times with the consultant to verify my appointment. I then waited more than 15min and no contact from any staff. I left and as I was getting in my car the consultant finally appeared! Telling me she was putting out a "fire" in order to help me. If at anytime the consultant would've taken 1 minute to come speak to me and explain the situation I would've probably waited without any issues. However, the professionalism seem to lack at this location."
