"Had surgery on my tongue and tired calling a week later to see if I could come in and have them check it out because I wasn’t sure if it is recovering correctly plus I wasn’t given any information on how the recovery would be like before the surgery. Got told over the phone I’m not allowed to come in any sooner than my post op appointment which is scheduled 3 weeks from now."

"Front desk ladies are rude as all hell and act like you are inconveniencing them by making them talk to you. I was interruped a total of 3 times while I was speaking within a 10 second period, as if I was holding them up from their personal talk. I would recommend getting your battle buddy to handle your dental care before I'd recommend this place."

"The front desk receptionist (Ms. Gleason I believe is her name) is absolutely miserable. Every time I check in for an appointment she is extremely rude and condescending, as if I am a huge inconvenience. Maybe she gets triggered when you say, “Good morning.” Never seen someone in customer service be so unprofessional and blatantly hate their job and everyone around them. If she was at a private practice she’d be fired in a heartbeat for treating customers the way she does... when will the army wise up and do the same? She’s absolutely TOXIC. On a brighter note, my cleaning and exam went well!"

"There's 1 lady at the front desk who always had a nasty attitude, one of them is very nice but the other sound like a horrible human being. Review would be better if she was not employed there. New dentist is very entitled as well, thinks she is better because she is an officer and not enlisted. Go to Stone."
