"I took my dog and they took 4 to 6 hours each time.xThe last time I took him he was limping and could not walk on his left front paw.I called and they claimed nothing had happened.Also said my dog was dramatic and needed something to relax him the next time.I never took him back and would strongly advise anyone that has a dog they care about not to take to these people.Bad place! Your response is nothing but lies to cover up what you did. Bailey has never been matted plus his groomer now has noticed that his paw looked as if it had been broke.Dr Inseco treated him.Your bad reviews speak for themselves."

"This was my fur bbys first time at a groomer. I have always groomed him myself. Something rather strange is we were greeted outside by Macey and dogs were taken in. The windows are completely blocked off so I did not like that I didn't know what kind of environment my pups were taken into. We came to pick them up when they called 3:30 hours later. My pup did have red eyes but he was groomed/buzzed nicely. They only took cash which is not as convenient and this was not told to us when we got there. Overall decent experience, might try again. Thanks for being patient with him."
