"Wish I could give her NO stars.. Worse hair dresser in the world. I made an appt to get a hair blowout with a round brush. I made sure that she specifically understood what I wanted my hair styled with a round brush before I scheduled the appointment and she said she was able to do it. When I got there she was surprise that she had to wash my hair and style it. She reluctantly washed my hair, not sure as to why it was a problem when most hair dresser, want to wash your hair before styling it? She didn't use any hair conditioner when she proceeded to wash my hair. after the wash she proceeded to brush it hard with a vent Brush, instead of a flat brush, which hurt the dickens out of my scalp. I still let that go, till my hair started to hurt and snag my hair. Something a professional hair dresser should know not to use on curly hair, and again let that go. Then she claimed she was going USE this brush to dry my hair and then style it with a round brush, she did not.. and then proceeded to used a flat hot iron, which I specifically told her that I didn't want during our appointment call. Hot iron robs curly hair of all the oil, and drys it and that's why I wanted to use the round brush method to straighten my hair. While using the hot iron, she did not usen any heat protector or any other styling product on my hair to protect my hair from drying. Also notified her before washing my hair, that I have the Keritan treatment which means she needs to use that specific shampoo when she wash the hair. Not sure if she used the right shampoo for the hair. The keritan treatment should have made styling my hair very easy. Yet not paid attention to my needs. To me this person is very unprofessional at not listening to the customers needs. with all this bad experience I was going through, I wanted to walk out but never have I ever walked out nor I found the need to do so. My hair came out frizzy. when I saw my hair I didn't know what to say, I wanted to cry, but still thanked and tipped her. At first she claimed she was charging me $25 for styling, but she ended up charging $40. Which was fine had she done her job and I probably would even paid more. I also tipped her, but will never set foot at that salon. She also claim that her daughter has curly hair similar to mine, I wanted to tell her lady, if this is how you treat your child's hair then I feel sorry for her, but I kept it together and not let her steal my joy of my vacation. In my opinion she should be embarassed to style people hair and not proffessional at her job.. Very disappointed with the outcome. Yes I do get blowout hair style every few months for many years and I know how the outcome results should come out. My mistake is I should have read all her reviews, she maybe great a cutting hair, but when it comes to styling hair, the reviews were slim to none for a reason."

Saw Trina’s website on a Google search, sent her a text, as she prefers, she responded within (5) minutes and set up the appointment. Trina is a first class person and stylist, highly recommend her."
