"I requested a refund for my deposit back at the beginning of January, a month before the class was supposed to start. It is now the middle of March and I still have not received my refund of TWO hundred dollars. I’ve called and left numerous messages and have only been able to get in contact with the office TWICE. At this point this is ridiculous and would not recommend them at all, god forbid you have life circumstances come up and you’ll never get your deposit back or even them to answer the phone."

"i had went for the dental assistant program and every single one of my classmates all agreed that this is a SCAM. do not go to this school. AND once its on your resume and find our you went to palmetto they know you need more training because its a scam. do not goooo. another one of my classmates had said they kept trying to bill her !!!"

"I went here because of all the good reviews on Google. I do not recommend this school for anyone who is interested in actually getting a job. You finish the class with a bare minimum certification which makes job placement difficult. The only reason i’m giving this school two stars is because Amy, the medical billing and coding instructor, was very knowledgeable and did the best she could with the materials provided. There were 6 people in our class. Out of those 6, only 1 has a coding job, in which she had to take the CPC (not offered through this school) and had previously worked in a hospital setting. I regret going to this school, it is a scam and should be shut down."

"i just recently finished from palmetto, in the dental assistant program and can i say Tiffany, Raegan, and Jess were all AMAZING instructors!! they go above and beyond to not only teach you all the information you need but they also help you look for jobs, give you one on one time if needed, and so much more. if your looking into doing this program, then run don't walk.. thank you ladies for all ya'll did - and for helping me accomplish a life long dream of mine. ya'll are some of the best women i have had the pleasure of meeting and having as my instructors."
