"Don't trust them they lie especially tingles and then they will have their supervisor call to justify the lying. They lie to have black kids admitted in behavior health they falsify documentation to get more hrs or to stay on longer than needed. You need to record everything and don't let them transport your kid as they tell them ways to manipulate and lie even more than so whatever your kid issue is itll get worse. They even make false reports just save yourself the time heartbreak and they also go by pathways fyi"
