"Amy is amazing! I am a an USMC vet and have been struggling with mental health issues for quite some time and she introduced me to ketamine assisted therapy. She was with me through the whole processed and helped me feel calm the entire time. Then held a therapy session with me after the ketamine session to help me decipher what I was seeing and feeling. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone having mental health issues. This is the day after my session and I can say that today is the first day in I don’t know how long that I’ve felt normal and myself again. Truly a life changing experience and I owe it all to her!"

"Went to see Rebecca Escalante for therapy at Mindful Movement. She was caring and listened to my issues and provided me with tips and tricks to help ease my anxiety and depression. She's the only reason I'm not leaving a 1 star review. The billing practices here are absurd. They charge your card without warning, which left me in tight spots on a couple of occasions. I worked out a plan with Amy Sanderson, the owner of the practice, but recently lost my job and did not immediately reply to her last email. That weekend she ran my card for my remaining balance, which almost caused my rent to bounce. I have now emailed Amy a couple of times about reversing my charge so I have a little money to take care of household bills as I'm leaving this review has yet to respond to me. I will not be returning to this practice after I'm employed again and back on my feet. It's not worth the stress from the billing practices."
