"Be careful before making your appointment here. My wife began coming here in August of '16. Everything was fine with each of her visits until her most recent appointment where she was asked to pay $50 that had nothing to do with a co-pay or insurance. Some "new policy" that she was told CHS had. She chose CHS because of our insurance and now they bill $50 that does not get sent to insurance. Make sure you are aware of everything they will charge you, even the things they do not file with insurance."
