About Us
ABLE Kids is a health institution located at 8509 Crown Crescent Court in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. We are dedicated to providing the most effective and evidence-based treatment services for children with autism in the southeast region. Our Charlotte location offers ABA Therapy for children aged 2-6 who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and require 35 hours per week of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. In addition to ABA Therapy, we also offer Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy to children enrolled in our services. Our goal at ABLE Kids is to equip your child with the skills they need to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Our team at ABLE Kids has curated resources to assist families in finding articles and services to support their loved ones. We also provide resources specific to the Charlotte area, including information on autism testing centers, mentoring programs, sensory-friendly activities, financial assistance options, and more.
Our treatment plans may include various techniques such as Applied Behavior Analysis principles, Verbal Behavior, Discrete Trials Training, Positive Behavior Support, and more. We focus on promoting independence and enhancing communication skills for children in our care. Our Occupational Therapy services help children improve their mobility and ability to engage in daily activities, while our Speech Therapy services focus on developing strong communication skills.
At ABLE Kids, we also offer support with IEP/504 advocacy, development, and review, including assistance with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Our team can provide support at your child's IEP/504 meetings and help bridge the gap between therapies received at home and at school.

"My son has been going to Abel kids for a year now when he first started my son would not make eye contact, respond to his name, sit and eat at the table his attention span was very limited and now he is doing all of those things and then some he is more social with the other kids he has learned how to do so so many things the progress he has made blows me away not to mention he absolutely loves going to the clinic everyday everyone is so wonderful, caring, helpful to my son he loves each of his RBTs and BCBAs They have not only helped my son but also myself and learning more about autism. The clinic is wonderful there is everything there he needs he is a senory seeker so they have a wonderful senory room, gym and playground my sons favorite things they keep the clinic Immaculate and clean Abel kids is special different from all the other clinics I have toured but I think what makes this clinic the best is the staff, educated and experienced, kind, caring and very helpful.
