"I applied over a month ago and paid the service dog fee and never heard back from them. I reached out multiple times during the week throughout the month and emailed. They never picked up, returned my calls, or answered my emails. Terrible service!"
"I dont know why the VA pays these people any money. My son has disabilities, he had a hard time bending and sitting on floor. They were rude to him. We chose to hire Aunt Karen , in Hendersonville for our professional trainer at Doctor Pernells suggestion. Wise decision on our behalf."

"scammed me, i was suppose to be doing service dog training. they had the dog i was training with on petfinder for sale then randomly remove me from the program because “i acted like i didn’t wanna be there” when i have severe anxiety and depression and never acted that way."
"I called to get more information about the program and the person on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them."
