"I have been to West Counseling 3 times. The first time they told me there was a mix up with the scheduling and I had no appointment. The second time I actually had an appointment but, the therapist was an hour late! Today I was supposed to have an appointment and again I got there and there was a mix up with the scheduling and I had no appointment because the therapist I was supposed to see did not work there anymore! I give up! This place obviously is not concerned with providing mental health. They just want to take your money. I will not be going back. If there is a Dr. West that owns this place, he should retire because he is not interested in good business practices. Maybe HE should go to someone to teach him how to run a business!"
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The actual Dr's are great but the front desk staff is the absolute worst. You call you schedule an appointment they give you the appointment, you show up to your appointment and "surprise" no appointment. Absolute worst office. They 1st try to blame the parent. Ok I'll take it life is crazy but 6 time.. 6 TIMES. And all you get is sorry we do not have an appointment for you, sorry for the confusion. If your child needs help look elsewhere. And before they say your not a client. No I'm not my children are under age and are unable to leave a review."
