"I've been taking my bichons frise there for over 20 years. Carol is a wonderful groomer. The new owners are rude and very unprofessional. They don't tell you about the price increase until after they groom your dogs."

"Karol has been doing our Bichons since 2012...I can't rate her high enough on her abilities. Today (1/3/2024) we took our Bichon in to find new owners and new pricing. Baths went up from 75% and grooming went up 44%. I understand needing to increase pricing, but this is is not a good way for new owners to start out. Also no advance notice. Karol is awesome!"
