Harmony Health Therapeutic Services is a holistic healing institution located at 3124 Milton Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Our mission is to help families put the pieces back together again through a person-centered approach that focuses on addressing needs such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family discord, and unfavorable behaviors. Our trauma-focused, healing-centered, and African-centered psychology approach to healing emphasizes the importance of cultural, spiritual, and collective healing in the therapeutic process.

Our therapy services include a combination of interventions such as behavioral, cognitive, movement, somatic, spiritual, alternative, energy work, and more to provide a holistic mind-body healing process. We believe in the interconnectedness of all beings and the impact of personal experiences on oneself and others. Our culture-based treatment approach recognizes the importance of culture in shaping individuals' perceptions, feelings, and values.

Harmony Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our families and has transitioned to offer telehealth services in addition to in-office services. We are a tobacco-free institution and offer recovery groups and services for staff and family members.
