"I’ve been with Mindpath for a couple of years now. My experience is AZ was much better than NC. My AZ doctor was amazing & very helpful. In NC I didn’t enjoy working with my doctor & wanted to change. The company made me file a complaint & asked to be transferred. Haven’t heard back regarding the status & finding a new doctor. Total waste of time, unfortunately."

"Absolutely awful customer service. My clinician left and I was told I would receive information regarding moving to a new clinician. No one ever reached out to me. I reached out after several months and never heard back from *anyone* at Mind Path. There was a weird point several months ago when my spouse was looking to have a medication refilled and no one was answering the phone or emails there. We assumed the place had shut down because we could not get ahold of anyone at all. Randomly, this week, 18 months after my clinician left I got an email asking me to fill out forms. Obviously, I have found a different provider and I would never recommend this place to anyone."

"My session was fine. Doing it via Zoom is very helpful both for me and the therapist. We were both doing it from our homes, which was much more comfortable than having to go into an office (which would have been a 2 hr drive for me!). The portal connection worked well, although there were some unexpected questions I had to answer before being able to connect this time."

"Office personnel very helpful with paperwork. Video consult was very successful. I felt comfortable and listened to. Interaction was easy and productive. By far my best professional experience with a mental health consult for depression and medication, A very positive and encouraging experience."

"Mindpath- There are a few reasons why I would not recommend Mindpath. First, they forgot to follow up with me on transitioning my care when my doctor left. I waited for someone to contact me, as promised, and they never did. I had to chase them down just to get my care transferred to a new doctor. Another issue, they forgot to bill me and then surprised me with a bill months after my appointment. On the website, it says payments take "30 to 45 days to process." I waited 60 days, wondering where my bill was, until I reached out to them. "Thank you for bringing this to our attention" they replied...They were grateful and it appeared that they had forgotten entirely to bill me and had no intention of doing so until I mentioned it. Luckily for them, I am honest and didn't want to risk a surprise bill a year from now. Actual service I experienced with two providers was satisfactory but not great. Neither providers were MDs and I've experienced better care in the past by people who specialize and are experts in mental health treatment. As someone with a mental health disorder who needs consistency in all areas of my life, I didn't feel like I was in good hands with an organization that seemed on several accounts to forget I existed. I would expect these inconsistencies from any other service but not from an organization whose main goal is to make people's lives easier. These complaints I've mentioned may seem small to some, but to me they indicate a lack of care for customers as well as overall organization in their procedures. To summarize, this company is disorganized, careless about their patients and I would not recommend them."
