"Paid for my dog to be washed and her nails clipped. Her front nails weren't even clipped and she was returned with the same sticky spot on her head that she was brought with. Tried calling and being calm to explain that what I paid for was not done and got poor customer service, attitude, and excuses from someone who wouldn't even let me talk without interruption."

"They do a good job, but took my fur babies at 9am and 1 other dog was there but my were last to be groom because I went down there and a lady was leaving with her fur baby. I went in and she was working on a dog not mind. First come first serve is my motto. Will not be going back."

"Dropped my 2 dog's off at 8 am,picked them up at 5 with nothing done....9 hours in a cage, that is animal cruelty!!!! If the Owner reads this, tell me I'm lying and I'll prove I'm not. Even a phone call to say they couldn't get to them today would have been okay and I would have gladly picked them up rather than leave them that many hours in a kennel. They didn't even have the courtesy to do that much though. Very dissatisfied and will never take my pets ther again."
