"“Manager” is extremely rude. Didn’t greet me when I entered. Talked about me like I wasn’t even there. Turned me away and didn’t even want to help. Told the other tax preparer “that’s something she has to do” “What we supposed to bout that?” Unnecessary attitude! I literally just stopped by a tax office that was open, for DIRECTION as to what I should do next. The unnecessary attitude and rudeness was NOT needed. The other preparer working there was more professional than her. Never worked with Jackson Hewitt and this was definitely a horrible first impression. Lost a potential new customer."
"I walked into this location due to a bad experience with another Jackson Hewitt, where several glaring mistakes were made on my tax return and needed to be amended. Carl, the general manager, was informative, helpful, and patiently walked me through everything I need to do to have my return amended and submitted correctly. Not only was he a professional in every sense of the word, I was more than a little upset when I walked in the door, and he patiently listened and ensured that he clearly understood my situation before offering a solution. As I said, he walked me through all the different steps, provided me with the necessary paperwork that was not given to me by the preparer at the previous location. I will be returning to this location to have my taxes done for this year when January 2024 rolls around. I cannot recommend them highly enough, helpful, patient, and professional!"
"I went to this location to get my taxes done. Michelle Wright, even though she was working with someone, excused herself, came to front, greeted me and asked how she could help. There were only two preparers there at the time, but she promised someone would be with me shortly. True to her word, she completed her current person’s taxes and asked me to come on up. She was thorough, thoughtful, detailed and methodical in completing my taxes. And she took the time to explain everything she was doing and what may have changed from last year that affected my return this year. She was awesome!"
