"I have taken my goldendoodle to this groomer 3 or 4 times and have been less satisfied by every visit. The person who is at the register is never friendly and never has a smile on her face and acts that she does not want to be there at all. After my picking up my dog yesterday from the groomer he was EXTREMELY timid which is very out of character for him. I understand that dogs can have anxiety with grooming, and can understand if it takes some reinforcement to groom some dogs.. but when taking my dog back into the grooming section of this business he was digging his heels In the ground, and the lady proceeded to drag him to get groomed. I should have trusted my gut and not left him. I called this business and left a voicemail mail expressing my concerns with no response, which is frustrating in itself. My dog has very long hair on his tail and I absolutely always try my best to keep this brushed out. But yesterday, my dog left with tangles all throughout his tail and ears. His ears looks as if they were not cleaned at all, which is apart of the service I’m paying this business for…. He also left with a large cut under his arm. Needless to say I will not be taking my dog back to this place. Very very unsatisfied with the treatment and service I have received."
