"I've had taxes prepared twice before at this location. A simple return prepared and filed with no issues. This years taxes were prepared with the assistance of no less than 1/2 dozen phone calls to get answers to basic questions. One call to the preparers father... I was charged the maximum fee for the same service I paid 1/2 for on previous returns. I questioned senior discount and coupons given on previous services and AGAIN, another phone call...10 minutes. A senior discount was Reluctantly applied. Still $220 more than last year. I questioned and was told pricing has "gone up"... I will use a different tax service company for future returns after the Disappointment from this JH office."

"This lady was horrible attitude cause she had 3 people and someone at her desk .she was rude slamming paper typing hard on the computer huffing and puffing telling people they can go to the Jackson Hewitt on West Blvd when theses are the people that had appointments. I normally come here every year my dude I thought would be here but he wasn't this will be my last time filing with Jackson Hewitt I will take my services somewhere else's If I had a video I will show you now telling the lady at the dest she can't do her taxes after the lady been seated since 12pm and it's now 140 sl. She actually told the lady she don't know how to do it."
"Kenny was amazing! I have been frustrated with filing my taxes since last year, I never received the stimulus, and I was just done! I set up my appointment online, so quick and easy, and when I came in Kenny was able to file everything for me. He broke everything down, explained my return and was great about setting expectations.
