"Showing up in person for a virtual appointment is not my idea of virtual. Why not just email a link like everyone else??? Showing up ON TIME just to be placed in a virtual waiting room for over 30 minutes is a huge waste of my time! Who really waits until the time of the appointment to review paperwork? Insurance information was provided DAYS ahead of time and there was a copay... My insurance wasn't accepted and this was revealed AFTER paying, all of the hassle and waiting. Overall horrible experience."
"My son was receiving therapy here and we were never late or missed an appointment I felt like my child desperately needed therapy so I made sure that he was always there ,my son is Autistic he was diagnosed severely Autistic at eighteen months old ,he seems to be doing better but does need therapy....At his last appointment he got upset and tore up a crayon box and damaged a toy he did this because he didn't want to leave he thought that they were playing games so he was upset when we had to leave to go home ... after this episode his therapist didn't bother to make him another appointment or inform me that she was no longer seeing him . I feel like this is very Unprofessional on every level and I do not recommend this place to anyone with a special needs child."
"The hypocrisy here is amazing. Smiling in your face and putting a dagger in your back at the same time in the name of God. Don't bother working for them. You'll be stabbed even when they've acknowledged you did a great job."
"My son receives services through Support Inc. His doctor, Peter Mattfield, I have had no problems with. He has been great. But his psychologist missed his last appointment, then he was apparently switched to a new psychologist without informing us and made an appointment without informing us. Now I am having to go through intake again and have been trying to make an appointment for my son for almost 3 weeks, but no one from intake will return my call. I have left 4 messages. My son will be out of medicine without an appointment."
"So I reached out to support inc for help for my daughter who has ADD. First off, I had an intake appointment where I spoke with several different providers, none of which introduced themselves or gave me any kind of idea on the plan for my daughter. After the first appointment I was scheduled an appointment with a therapist. I kept my daughter out of school and were ready for the call at the appointment time scheduled. I waited over an hour after appointment time and never received a call. I called the support office and got their voicemail several times and left multiple messages. I finally got a call back 5 hours later from the therapist and was told she didn’t know she had an appointment. So we scheduled another one for a later date. Again, kept my daughter out of school for this appointment. I get a call from her 5 minutes after appointment time for her to tell me she doesn’t accept my daughters insurance. Nobody at this office communicates with one another and why was I scheduled to a therapist without them even checking the insurance capabilities?? After that mess I was scheduled with another therapist (after making sure she would accept my insurance) which was completely pointless. I asked what the point was in this therapy and I was told “parent education” even though I was being told things I’ve already been doing and my daughter was not benefiting from this “so called therapy”. I was told my daughter can get an ADD diagnosis after her teacher fills out the Vanderbilt scale. They lost the teachers scale after she turned it in via DocuSign and it took 1 month for them to locate it. The only good thing from this company is June the PA with medication management. She is really nice and knowledgeable and I plan on continuing to see her for my daughters medications. As far as therapy it’s a joke and the people at the office either never answer the phone or have no idea what’s going on, how to answer any questions, they don’t know what services are provided or who accepts what insurance and do not communicate with the providers. *2 month later update* We’ve continued our visits with June. She is very nice but not benefiting from these services. Every time I have a question I call the office and get no answer or leave a voicemail with no call backs. I have sent multiple emails to the nurse working with the PA and get no reply. Anytime I have any questions or need assistance it is a dead end. This company has a one way communication and if they need you they’ll call you but you better ask all questions right then and there when you have a person on the phone. I am trying to call them today to tell them I am cancelling all services and can’t even get anyone on the phone. Please don’t waste your time, money, energy and frustration on this worthless place."
