Reviews
"Attentiveness is lacking. I tried to reach anybody for 3 days straight and every single extension goes to voice-mail. I have left messages with my son's doctor AND operator with no resolution. I don't suggest going here."
"My son goes to Support Inc. He is autistic. His therapist is absolutely amazing with him. She is so loving, caring, compassionate, friendly and truly an advocate for him. She also takes the time to assure me as his mom that everything is going well and stays on top of things. She takes the time to hear me out and gives me advice as well. I would recommend her to anyone! My experience with Support Inc. has been absolutely life changing for my son and I."
"Therapist is dismissive, no appointment reminders, no one to answer the phone and always seem to be too busy to answer questions. Therapist is too serious and never smiles. Also why say open until 7 but recording says office is closed??"
"The phones ring off the hook, no one answers. If you leave a message you won’t be called back. When I actually went to the office to make an appointment there was a waiting list to see a counselor. This is all after a 2 hour intake appointment has been done."
"Clinican was rude and dismissive. Told me that my daughter probably outgrew her ADHD, and told me that adults cannot have ADHD. Did not take my daughter's concerns seriously, and was so rude and condescending that my daughter left crying and said she never wanted to go back. To top it off, the clinician said she would put in a refill for her medication but never did, and I didn't find out until it was time to refill and she was almost out. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns calls either. Total waste of time. Anyone who believes people outgrow ADHD shouldn't be working in a mental health care field at all. You don't "outgrow" it, you simply develop coping mechanisms and masking behaviors that take a bigger toll on your mental health. Don't bother even trying this place."
