"This office does not care about their clients and simply are only about bring in money. Janice Foster completed my taxes and if she was truly doing her job instead of just checking off boxes she would have caught a simple error. I take accountability for the fact that I failed to give her one of my W-2 s but if she looked at the YoY comparison she would have noticed the significant drop in income. I was not shown the YoY comparison in the office. I caught the error after I left and instead of extending grace and being a decent person she admitted to no fault. I was extremely patient through the process as she had to call her manager several times because she didn’t know how to navigate their new system. I was told I would have to pay $100 on top of the $325 I had paid only days earlier to amend my taxes. I have done my taxes through HR Block for the past 5 years and this was the last year. I will not give my money to people who conduct business like this."

"I had great experience doing my taxes here. I tried doing it with H&R block online tax pro but they messed it up. Be sure to ask for Manuel Valcarcel. He is very helpful and knows what he is doing."

"We were and we are still so frustrated from no responsibility or accountability on behalf this H&R Block location. Received notification from the IRS in the latter part of 2021 as they received information from a third-party source. The reported information did not match the Tax Return completed and filed by this H&R Block location. We were confused because we knew we provided the information during the interview and explained to the Rep during the interview of all the changes that occurred in 2019. The 2019 Tax packet was retrieved from storage, and we notified the office to find out what happened. A copy of the packet was provided and then we heard nothing for weeks. Kept calling and finally reached the Rep the copy was provided, and low and behold the copy that was provided could not be found. So glad we did not give our only copy! The only consolation given to us, was to complete an amended copy for both the Federal and State Taxes for 2019, and of course additional fees paid; could not even determine why it was not included. Having to pay for someone’s error is awful and gives a feeling of distrust. We will not be coming back to this location and possibility not even any H&R Block Office."
