Reviews of Central Piedmont Community College
"CPCC is a good school, it’s small but has great resources and knowledgeable professors. The testing center is 11/10, especially Athena! I have taken my TEAS test 3 times and every time she is excited, warm, and encouraging for anyone taking a test there."
"the school is great, and it’s on great location as well, but the international office is horrible, not they don’t provide good information but they are also very slow and rude specially those who are in the reception. there is no organization, many people have been complaining about the way they treat some students. They can do better."
"I have 1 last class before I can graduate and this class was canceled at the beginning of the semester then remade as an 8 week class, then just canceled again. I reached out to the accounting department head and the assistant dean, via email, multiple times, but I guess they want to ignore my messages so I would have to attend again next semester and repay all the student fees for one class. I guess this is how this school runs things. Update: I emailed the given email and no one replied."
"CPCC is over priced, the campus closes at 6pm and does not accommodate working adults, technology is REALLY OUTDATED! Financial aid is ridiculously LAZY and horrible communication! Campus is racist toward white people, support services only help black students! Education material is kindergarten level, I studied more difficult material is middle school. Don't waste your time!"
"Lets talk about dates. It is currently a month out from the start of the fall semester classes that I would like to attend. I am unable to attend them. Why? Because their advising appointments are a month out. When the concern is brought up, they simply shrug their shoulders and say to attend the later classes. Its unprofessional . Not the fact that their advising is full, but the fact its not mentioned anywhere on their site . Also, wont know this until after you're approved and you waited a week to attend their orientation. All in all probably two moths after you've began knocking on their door. Don't waste you're time here"
