"I accidentally filed incorrectly using HRBlock online with my filing status, I came here to file an amended return because I clearly needed help with this time around and even though this office in particular couldn’t help me because I needed a certain kind of Tax Rep, they gave me the names and numbers of who could at a different offices, were SO nice and professional, told me exactly what I needed and still looked over my tax stuff a bit to be sure I needed to do this, for no charge. AND this place was super clean, easy to find, in an adorable shopping center square, had little candies out for waiting individuals, and when I had to call a couple times to confirm my appointment and because I was running late since I accidentally went to the wrong location the receptionist was THE BEST, so nice and understanding (and easy to hear and understand!) I loved this place, I wish they could have helped because I liked them so much, but no hard feelings ^-^"
