"HRBLOCK is not what it use to be! Now it's full of flakes! The t! Pros are horrible! They play with your taxes! Mine was rejected for the first time EVER! It's been 12 days and the tax pro is just now telling me that she is the only one that can edit it! WTW!!!! What happened to respect? Make matters worse, I used the same one last year and didn't have any of these issues! I want next year!"

"We have been trying to get our paperwork straightened out for the year of 2021 at the office on Garrison Blvd. Gastonia,NC we call literally every week an we get our tax preparer is on vacation,want me there but certain days,we call those days we never get a call back we even email the preparer so now it’s January 2023 and we still haven’t got our money or this matter cleared up bc the first preparer when we first filed she had spelled my sons name wrong and also didn’t put I was disabled and that’s was 2 screw ups I caught an then when the money didn’t look right we should’ve got more I found another thing wrong in the tax preparation my son didn’t get his stimulus check from the year before that an they left that out…so for the first time we have been audited because of hR block turning in papers that they screw up every time I’m no expert on taxes but I do know the mistakes that were made was Mikey Mouse mistakes!"

"H&R BLOCK claims they guarantee an ACCURATE RETURN but they really don't. The woman that prepared my taxes made an error when filing. The manager at this location admitted that the woman made an error on her end, but the manager told me there was nothing she could do about it. H&R BLOCK advertises that they guarantee an accurate return. If their employee files my taxes and makes a mistake by entering wrong information... That is not an accurate return. An accurate return would require to file accurate information that was provided. On top of that the lady who prepared my taxes and messed up is no longer at that location. And she is not at that location anymore for making mistakes on other people's taxes. The manager really gave me the feeling that they are trying to sweep it under the rug. I'm trying to contact corporate office but I keep getting the run around. I don't recommend H&R BLOCK to anyone especially not at this location on E Franklin."
