"Great customer service! The owner, Jill was so wonderful to speak with, very genuine and kindhearted. I did a return and she processed the refund immediately! This was an unusual situation where the Merkaba I ordered had holes in it for use as a pendant, that I wasn’t expecting, not disclosed in description, so that threw me off. She realized that she was going to put it in the description but didn’t get around to it at the time. The other Merkabas I bought were beautiful and I am extremely happy with everything. I will definitely be purchasing more stuff in the future. Great online store, but I am too far away to enjoy the labyrinth. If you are not too far away from Mountain Valley Center, definitely go to the Otto Labyrinth, and walk it, very healing and grounding experience, and consider yourself fortunate to have this close by."

"My experience at Mountain Valley Center was great. I was on vacation in the area seeking a metaphysical shop offering readings. I received that and more. Dr. Jill was a comforting and calm spirit to be around. She is truly gifted and experienced. I had what I thought was difficult decision to make in my life. "I absolutely loved this place. The land is so magical and sacred. It's just palpable. The labyrinth is very natural, with soft green moss and low rocks. The winding creek has sweet energy, the ponds are peaceful, there are benches and picnic tables in lovely shaded places, and the mountain laurel is just wonderful. The metaphysical store has all kinds of great things for the shoppers, and I can't wait for the community center to be completed. The building is round and reminds me of a Cherokee council building. Walking through the laurel woods, I found myself thinking Heaven on Earth."
