"I took cognitive tests, about 5 hours worth over two days. Also interviewed and evaluated by Dr Jones to determine if I was a suitable candidate for Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) treatment of Parkinson’s Disease symptoms. The interview was relaxed because Dr Jones was very good at being what I would call “a calming influence.” The results: I was evaluated as a good candidate, I had a DBS operations on my brain on 19 November and 17 December which, even *before* they have applied any electricity, have completely eliminated my back-and-forth uncontrollable swaying motions."
