"Access wasted months of my time with trying to get services for my child. After finally getting an appointment for an assessment, I was told weeks after that we would need to switch our insurance even though I verified this before our assessment. No one would ever tell me why nor allow me to speak with their billing dept. My insurance company instructed that I obtain the billing code to 100% confirm that the services Access recommended were indeed covered. As a last resort I contacted the Director, explained my frustration & I obtained the billing code. I confirmed that it was covered, but only needed them to submit pre-authorization. I informed the Director of this - absolutely NO response back. I never heard anything else from her or any of the therapists I dealt with despite them telling me they'd get back with me. I thought Ms. Griffin was nice & easy to talk to, but unfortunately overall I feel like all I got was the run around with Access & that's not OK. Access, if you don't want to be bothered with Medicaid or any specific insurance, then just remove yourself from the list and tell potential clients "we don't accept it" when they call inquiring BEFORE the 1st appointment."

"Have a very good repur with the therapist but the way they are giving out medicine is so wrong. You have to see a doctor over the internet and then go back to pick up the script which is a waste of my time and the doctors are not really any help.They don't even know what medicine your child takes."
