"My first and only time using this tax office and it was a wholly unpleasant experience. It took over a month for my documents to be processed. They did not take phone messages, and the first time I was able to get someone on the phone they told me they had no record of my documents, which led me to believe they were lost until I repeatedly followed up to get the specific agent I needed on the phone. After receiving my completed document there was no record of what my fees paid for in the preparation. I sent an email request to the agent the same day asking for a breakdown of service charges and have received no reply in over 2 months. I drove an hour out of my way to use this specific (Hwy 501) office on recommendation. My agent was Erma York and I would highly recommend going anywhere else for your tax service needs. Update: I was sent a breakdown of the fees many months after the request. This does not change the lack of responsiveness and carelessness with sensitive information. The fact that the response to this review seems to be automated and only refers me to an 800 number, which is also automated, shows the lack of any regard or consideration for the company's clientele. Highly disappointed."
