"Definitely have some issues filing my taxes. My tax preparer had no clue what she was doing. I had to walk her through the process myself. Even then I gave her grace, cause I'm not I'm not hard to deal with at all. But when I filed my taxes they were immediately rejected by the IRS. I spent a month trying to communicate with my tax preparer and had no luck whatsoever. Finally I decided to call customer service and I had to request a new tax preparer to file my taxes. Luckily she knew what she was doing and everything went through the same day. This is just a learning lesson for me that I need to file my own taxes from now on. And again I filed my taxes on January 2nd I couldn't get them corrected until February 12th. By the way, Michelle is the lady that initially did my tax return."

"My tax preparer JENN was excellent and informative. She was on time. This office is handicapped accessible, has handicapped parking. There is a restroom on site. Has 2 entrances front door and back door. Ample seating.. they use a dual screen option which allows you to see exactly what ther preparer is entering. ALSO they have transparent pricing so you can get a guestament of how much it will cost prior to having service done."
