"Took me more than 30 minutes to put these cardboard bird arts together...I guess bc I'm not 6! Still had fun. Paul and Janet Yeager Hendersonville NC"
"What a lovely lovely store run by the absolute nicest lady you will ever meet. This was easily my favorite store on our recent trip to Tennessee. She has an amazing stock of Charlie Bears - which is very exciting for a collector such as myself!! I came away with Shrimpy and Gumbo, and my wife surprised me with Fritz who I didn’t even notice sitting there. The lady who runs the store also makes some really beautiful art, it’s absolutely worth the stop and I will definitely stop by on our next trip up to the smokies!"
"Visited today and met the delightful artist making the beautiful pieces. Was great to visit and see/hear about her work and be able to buy it straight from the maker herself (may be my favorite “souvenir” ornament from a trip yet!). Truly a hidden treasure in Townsend!"
"Very lovely owners. I visited two years ago to just come by and see them. They were customers at the thrift store where I used to work. I would love to come back up and see Mr. and Mrs. Goodman! It's not a far drive at all. I need to stop being lazy. I'd also love to take a class but then there's the part where I am not artistic at all!"
"My friends and I stopped in on and whim just to look around. We met two of the most kind and interesting people and their lovely fur baby Howard. If you want beautiful stained glass from a woman who has a lifetimes worth of experience and creativity, or just to feel the true warmth of Southern hospitality embodied by these people, do yourself a favour and stop by here. You will not regret it."
