"I appreciate the two entries/exits, but the door from the alley was blocked by boxes. I should mention that we tried to visit just before Christmas, so the store looked overstocked in preparation. We could not take a stroller inside, so they are not wheelchair accessible. I briefly stepped inside to see brand name and popular toys but was unwilling to pay the mark-ups. We might try again during the off-season, but we overheard the associates not being friendly. I would expect more cheer inside a child's toy store."

"The person at the checkout counter attempted to charge me twice for something, despite me only getting one item! The other clerk(?) there told the person ringing me up the *correct* price, but I went back and told them once I had checked out that a different price was written on a the same item hanging on the rack, (I wondered while looking at the receipt), the person behind the counter and the other clerk had bad attitudes, to say the least… The only good part is that I received a full refund, just not any apology… I will NOT be a returning customer."

"Really disappointing store. Toys are very pricey, but thats nowhere near the worst of it. The displays are crammed together making it very difficult to navigate with a child. I also had a small stroller that didn't fit through most of the store. There were lots of unopened boxes of product on the floor as well. Possibly the worst part was the incredibly loud hip hop music blasting in the store. I couldn't even carry on a conversation because the music was so loud and overbearing. Don't bother with this place."

"Very bad business. Bought $30 in dart guns. 3 pull backs out of package the spring pull back breaks. We send our 7 year old back inside to exchange it. And the store clerk asks if it was already broke or if he broke it. Our 7 yo was so disappoint they wouldnt exchange it for another... He didnt know if he broke it or if it was broke before he bought it. So it was a waste of $12.99 + tax. We will never go there again and hope their store gets lots of reconition for this waste of $13. For anyone reading this review be very mindful of this bad experience."
