I was able to purchase a belt bag the day before Thanksgiving about three hours before the store closed and have the staff go above and beyond to make sure my purchase was monogrammed before closing. I cannot thank the staff enough for such a short turn around time, especially before a holiday! The belt bag turned out perfect. I will definitely be back in the future."

"(under new ownership!!) Most trustworthy people you will ever meet. The prices are better than any other shop around. The gentleman who does the personalization (the new owner) did an amazing job on my knife, but he felt it wasn’t perfect. I still can’t figure out what wasn’t perfect about it but because he felt it wasn’t perfect he gave me an entirely new knife with a different engraving free of charge. Seriously best customer service I’ve ever had !!! this place made my entire day better. this is not a BS review... "Stopped at this hidden gem while walking around the Village Shoppes in Gatlinburg and WOW! Originally went in for a raincoat because it was a rainy day, but ended up with a baby gift, a purse, a blanket, and backpack! They have the cutest things which can ALL be personalized which I absolutely love! The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend checking out U Name it!"
