"This is the absolute worst therapy center I have ever seen. When a child is sick and under doctors care and not trying to get other kids sick they boot your child to the oh we will call you if we ever get a opening. Then you never hear from them and when you call them you are told that they don't have any appointments available and then they randomly drop your child completely and tell you that your child is not ever getting therapy from there and if you call your child's insurance they will black list your child from all therapy centers."

"We've only been to one appointment but the front desk staff and therapist were very kind and helpful. The area is nice and they worked with insurance to ensure that we would be able to come back. Called me back as.told and rescheduled very quickly within a week out. So far I love it. The ot toys they have for sale are reasonably priced compared to in a store or online."

"This company does not care about our children.. they care about their money and their ego’s. They have a turn over rate that is horrific and if they cared about the children they serve they would make their therapist a priority! In 5 years I have lost and gained then lost therapist and as a special needs parent we know how much repetition and consistency means to our children’s development. My child and many others are the only ones who suffer from this kind of turn over! If the heads of the company would call and explain why this keeps happening I might not be so upset but I never received an explanation but a little note stating “hi I’m your new therapist”. I hate having to do this but my daughter has suffered and others need to know! This is not an off the cuff post this has been stemming for years!"

"Moved from the Fayetteville location (which we LOVED) to Pinehurst due to relocating. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. GREAT play area in the waiting room. Big gym for OT. Flexible scheduling and professional. No complaints. I wouldn’t go anywhere else other then the Pediatric Developmental Therapy locations."

"My child has been with company for services since she was 4. They have worked wonders with her and has helped her achieve so much. The play room is fabulous so her little brother is entertained while waiting for her. What can I say except thank you to your staff for helping her."
