"My husband and I saw Anastashia for couples counseling briefly. For 2 of 2 virtual visits she appeared disheveled. I know people are working from home but a certain level of professionalism is still expected. She made a comment during a session that I thought was not therapeutic and when I messaged her to discuss this her response was, “lol. I guess I just have a thick skin and not much bothers me.” In healthcare the customer is not actually always right but if someone expresses a concern and the therapist responds with a ,”lol,” then there is a clear lack of professionalism. Do not be fooled by the polished IG account. We can, “keep it real,” and still be professional."
