"Certain counselors who have since left the practice were wonderful, but as of recently in the last couple years one of the newer therapists were very unprofessional. Sandy would forget details of the patient at the beginning of the session and mix up them with another one, they made a minor’s diagnosis which should never happen before 23 and did countertransference based on their own child’s mental health issues which they shared in details, never provided voluntary progress or plans, we always had to ask. In fact, after over eight mths of therapy when questioned on prior progress and plans they said to buy a book on Amazon. Lastly, after some challenges in the schedule due to school they just finally said they had no appt. available for them and said they couldn’t see them anymore because they were filled. I waited months to leave this review to make sure I was being fair. No child should see this practitioner in my opinion."
