"Because the place I go to in Pinehurst they are very helpful and informative to me and have no problem explaining how everything works to me. However when Covid started a woman was rude to me who worked there because I was sitting in the lobby with a mask on and didn't see the sign where it said only one person at a time as well as the person who did my taxes got my address wrong and a few other things. The prices are extremely high I think I paid $350 last time I went. I did really like it but since these instances I have to bring the rating down."
