"Terrible experience, I was bounced between Anitha and Rene without either taking responsibility for my account. I paid extra for tax planning but my quarterly tax payments were too little and I got hit with penalties and interest. I had even mentioned that the payments were less than last year, even though my income was trending higher this year. Asked if they could do anything my penalties and interest, they said they though they could get them abated. They couldn’t, I still had to pay them and they had the never to try and bill me for their time calling the IRS. Last time I pay for tax planning"
