"This is a franchise ran location, owner also runs Monroe location. Poor management, allows people to work who are not eligible, costing me lots of money and time. I will never bring my taxes here, and H&R block does nothing to reprimand the Franchise owner, or hold them accountable for processing tax returns incorrectly"

Please be very vigilant when using this location to prepare your taxes. This location is very subjective with customers. This H&R Block employs two individuals with very questionable work ethics, which is supported by the branch manager. Their ethical, professional, and confidential standards are questionable. Tax preparation is a service that should be objective. #HandRBlock take a"second look" at this location, tax preparers and office management."
