Pet Nanny

"We hired the Pet Nanny to watch after our two OEB for a week. They can be a handful but everything went as planned. The process was simple, met with Michelle and Sophia at our house prior to discuss daily routine etc. Pictures and updates were sent daily. Overall much easier than boarding and less stressful on our pups. Will use again."

"The Pet Nanny and staff are amazing!! I am very particular about my dogs and my house. I very rarely let anyone watch either. At the last minute they accommodated my need for dog care on a holiday weekend. Prior to turning over my keys, I met w/ the owner and the employee that would be helping her - both were great! Not only did they come as promised but they took pictures of my dogs and sent them to me each time they came in so there was no doubt they were taken care of. I will definitely use The Pet Nanny again and highly recommend them."

"I trusted Michelle to take care of my 2 cats, Licorice and Jet. 1 time a day, she had done so before. She told me she would scoop the litter, play with them, send me photos, feed them, and keep their water full and clean. We were gone for 1 week on a cruise. I did not even receive any texts or picture updates until day 4 when I reached out to her to see how things were. She claimed she had sent texts and that they were not going through. I believed her since we were in the ocean, even though I was texting many other people with 0 issues. I return home to open the door and confront the most foul odor of cat feces and urine. My cats had relieved themselves on the floor directly in front of the litter box because it had gone uncleaned for the entire week. Their food area was disgusting and he had apparently used one spoon all week to serve them wet food and did not rinse it off once, letting it accumulate and sit in the sink. I sent pictures immediately to Michelle. Come to find out, she had hired a boy I had never met or agreed to have come into my apartment take care of them. I was so upset and distraught. Eventually, after Michelle pleaded to be given another chance, I agreed to half a refund and half credit. We paid $140 for 7 days. I just reached back out to redeem said credit. She said she didn't service Rock Hill where I have since moved. I requested the other $70 back. She said and I quote, "It wasn't worth the $70 for the service?" as well as "They still got service? I'm sorry I didn't know you were moving?" and my personal favorite "I'm sorry but he still took care of the cats. I know it wasn't a great job but I still had to pay him"...…. This is NOT about the refund. I would not even accept it from her if she tried now. This is about me warning no one else to trust her (or one of her random employees) with your fur babies. This is not the first time she has done this either. I am never one to give a bad public review. But in this case, I feel it warranted."

"I hired Michelle to take care of my cat for a few days. She came to us, so I didn’t have to worry about boarding. She does an excellent job and the prices are fair. I will hire her again in the future!"

"We lived in the same apartment complex for two years without any issue. Then, we hired the Tega Cay Pet Nanny to take care of our dogs for one weekend. When we got back, both of our dogs had peed in their crates. Our leasing office also fined us $200 for finding our dogs' poop outside. Talked to the owner and she didn't care. She said it had to of been our fault. We're never using them again."
