"There was this kind man working when me and my husband went out for dinner tonight. I asked for his name, he said it was Cory. He was a very proactive manager, helping out in the front with plates and tables while the workers were busy with taking and bagging orders. He also refilled my drink for me with a very positive attitude. I just wanted to say that he brought me a good mood and made my experience pleasant."
"Ordered the spicy southwest chicken sandwich to just get nothing but avocado .. disappointing. Also, ordered potato salad with no paprika only to have them put my potato salad with the paprika upside down in the takeout cup.. I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice , welll I did . What if I was allergic ??? No care for customer requests whatsoever"
"My potato soup was watered down and did not taste good. My sweet tea was not good either it needed a more sugar in it. My chicken salad croissant was fair not $17.00 worth it. Very disappointed. Will be my last time there."
"Completely disappointed and unsatisfied in the presentation and quality of my order. This was my first time ordering at this location and it left much to be desired. The potato soup was mostly mashed broth. The grilled chicken was just lacking... for the price, the quality should have been better. I frequent Columbia and Charlotte locations. The Rock Hill location should be ashamed for sending this out of their kitchen."
