"Do NOT use this agency! While I realize it is very convenient to DMV, they are not looking at the best interests of providing you affordable and reliable insurance. My son's girlfriend had used them and was given a certain rate when she signed up. The following month, the rate almost TRIPPLED and this agency claimed it was because of certain missing documentation required by the insurance provider (and claiming it was not their fault for the problem, it was all on the insurance provider). After a number of calls to both this agency and the insurance company, I decided we had to shop for alternate insurance. We went to GEICO and the rate dropped dramatically (like 20% of the monthly cost being charged by this agency) for the exact same insurance. When we called the original insurance company to cancel the policy, they told us the agency could have done a number of things that would have allowed for adjusted paperwork that would have been almost no hassle to be able to get all the correct documentation on file that would have fixed the premium. The customer service rep profusely apologized for the agency handling of this case by the local agency. I understand people work for commissions and I understand people have the right to earn a living selling insurance. I don't understand when someone takes full advantage and can be so blatant in marking up fees and taking advantage of people."
